Before the course starts
A full refund is available if you cancel at least seven days before the course start date.
Courses cancelled by us
If we cancel or postpone a course and you do not wish to move to another cohort, you receive a full refund regardless of timing.
Certificates
Fees for reissued or replacement certificates are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email us from your registered address with your name, the course, and the reason. See the contact page. Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days by the original payment method.
